The <\/span>Internal <\/span>Quality <\/span>Assurance <\/span>Cell (<\/span>IQAC) <\/span>is <\/span>a <\/span>vital <\/span>component <\/span>of <\/span>higher <\/span>education <\/span>institutions <\/span>aimed <\/span>at <\/span>sustaining <\/span>and <\/span>enhancing <\/span>the <\/span>quality <\/span>of <\/span>academic <\/span>and <\/span>administrative <\/span>performance. <\/span>Established <\/span>in <\/span>accordance <\/span>with <\/span>the <\/span>recommendations <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>National <\/span>Assessment <\/span>and <\/span>Accreditation <\/span>Council (<\/span>NAAC), <\/span>the <\/span>IQAC <\/span>functions <\/span>as <\/span>a <\/span>quality <\/span>enhancement <\/span>mechanism <\/span>that <\/span>drives <\/span>continuous <\/span>improvement <\/span>and <\/span>institutional <\/span>excellence.<\/span><\/p>

Objectives <\/span>of <\/span>IQAC<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

  • To <\/span>develop <\/span>a <\/span>system <\/span>for <\/span>conscious, <\/span>consistent, <\/span>and <\/span>catalytic <\/span>improvement <\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>overall <\/span>performance <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>institution.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

     The <\/span>IQAC<\/b> organized a <\/span>Virtual\nNational Workshop<\/b> on the topic \u201c<\/span>Gaining\nMastery Over the Art of<\/b> <\/span>Keeping\nStudents Engaged<\/b>\u201d on <\/span>3rd January\n2025<\/b>. The workshop aimed to equip educators with effective strategies to\nmaintain student interest and participation in the learning process.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

    On March 15th, 2025<\/strong>, our college marked another significant milestone by organizing a prestigious National Conference<\/strong> titled “Creative Synergies Bridging Arts, Business, and Digital Solutions.”<\/strong> This multidisciplinary conference brought together thought leaders, academicians, research scholars, and students to explore the confluence of arts, commerce, and technology.<\/p>

    The event was graced by the chief guest, Dr. M. Suresh Gandhi,<\/strong> Head of the Department of Geology, University of Madras, Guindy Campus. His keynote address eloquently captured the objectives of the conference, inspiring attendees with his vision and expertise. The conference also welcomed three distinguished panelists: Dr. R. Thirumalai Selvi,<\/strong> Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, PG and Research Department, Nandanam Government Arts College;\u00a0Dr. M. Malathy,<\/strong> Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, PG and Research Department; and Dr. K.
