It is an initiative by the <strong data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"162\">Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India<\/strong>, through the <strong data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"195\">Innovation Cell<\/strong> under <strong data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"255\">AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)<\/strong>.
