Department of BBA Organized activity based learning for II BBA Students. A resource allocation game is a type of game where multiple players compete for limited resources to achieve their individual goals. These games often involve players choosing strategies that involve allocating resources, and the effectiveness of their choices can depend on how many other players are also using the same resources. The core challenge lies in finding a balance between individual gain and the overall efficiency of resource utilization. Resource management games aren’t just for fun. Here are some ways they may support your business: Sharpen management skills: Business owners need to get creative when managing limited resources. Games help you think differently and turn this into a fun process. Help with budgeting: All business owners must stay on budget. This involves many of the same skills used in resource management games. Foster collaboration: Multi-player games can serve as a team-building exercise. Exercise your brain: Business owners often experience burnout from continuous decision making. Resource management games challenge your intellect while offering a refreshing break from the demands of managing your business.

The event concluded with the announcement of winners and a vote of thanks. Business Dumbcharades proved to be an enjoyable and educational experience, fostering both team spirit and business awareness among the participants.

A role-reversal debate program for students involves students taking on different perspectives or roles related to a topic and then debating from those assigned positions. This activity encourages critical thinking, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the subject matter by requiring students to argue for viewpoints they might not naturally agree with. Debates simulate real-world situations where students must argue a point of view with logic and respect. The benefits are multifold: Boosts confidence: Regular participation helps eliminate hesitation in speaking. Enhances research skills: Students learn to gather data and evidence to support their points. Improves teamwork: Many debate formats involve working in teams, encouraging collaboration. Strengthens empathy: Understanding and arguing both sides of a topic makes students more
empathetic and open-minded. Encourages respectful disagreement: They learn to present counterarguments politely promoting healthy discourse.
