Placement Cell
Placements give students the opportunity for improvement of skills explicit to their subject or industry of choice as well as the employability skills required for real work. It also expands their knowledge of an industry or sector, which countenances them to make better well-versed decisions about future career choices. Training and placement cell provides students with the opportunity to gain skills particular to their subject or industry of choice in addition to the employability skills i.e. soft skills that are required for real-life work. Soft skills include communication skills and body language. Along with these, it also increases their awareness and knowledge of an industry or sector, allowing them to be responsible professionals and lead a successful career.
The Placement Cell of our college has been actively working towards ensuring bright career opportunities for the final-year students. Regular placement training sessions were conducted by experts and reputed organizations like Magic Bus India Foundation to equip students with the necessary skills. Placement coordinators played a pivotal role in preparing students for interviews, focusing on enhancing their communication and interpersonal skills.

Orientation Program on Winning Strategies for Competitive Exams Organized by Placement Cell
The Placement Cell of our institution organized an Orientation Program on “Winning Strategies for Competitive Exams” on 09/02/2026 at 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall. The program was specifically designed for final-year students to help them enhance their preparation strategies and boost their performance in competitive exams.
The session began with a welcome address by the Placement Cell coordinator, followed by an insightful talk by the expert speaker Prof. D. Stalin, Chairman & Director, Eva Stalin IAS Academy, who shared proven techniques, time management tips, and exam-taking strategies. Students actively engaged in discussions and clarified their queries regarding exam patterns, preparation resources, and career planning.
The program aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and confidence required to excel in competitive exams. The Placement Cell thanks all participants and the resource person for making the session interactive, informative, and motivating.

Campus Drive Organized by Placement Cell in Association with Nirmaan Organization
The Placement Cell of our institution successfully organized a Campus Drive in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization on 05/02/2026 at 9:00 AM in the Seminar Hall. The drive was exclusively conducted for final-year girl students, aiming to provide them with excellent career opportunities and exposure to professional recruitment processes.
The event began with a welcome address, followed by an introduction to Nirmaan Organization and the various roles offered. Students actively participated in the selection process, which included pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews conducted by the organization’s recruitment team.
The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation, reflecting the students’ preparedness and eagerness to step into the professional world. The Placement Cell extends its gratitude to Nirmaan Organization for their collaboration and for providing our students with a valuable platform to showcase their talent and skills.

PLACEMENT DRIVE REPORT
Placement Cell, organized a Placement Drive in collaboration with Athenova Research Private Limited on 22 January 2026 at 10.00 a.m. The event was conducted with the objective of providing career opportunities and industry exposure to the final-year students.
The placement drive was coordinated by the Placement Cell of the college. The recruitment team from Athenova Research Private Limited was led by Ms. Euvline Stephi. I (HR Assistant), Ms. Divya M (HR Manager), and Ms. Harini M (HR Coordinator). The team briefed the students about the company profile, job roles, career growth opportunities, and the recruitment process.
Students from various departments actively participated in the drive with great enthusiasm. The selection process included aptitude assessment, technical evaluation, and personal interviews. The HR team interacted with the students and assessed their skills, knowledge, and communication abilities.
The placement drive concluded successfully and provided valuable exposure and employment opportunities to the students.

The Placement Cell of the institution organized a Career Guidance Programme on 20 January 2026 exclusively for second-year girl students. The session was conducted by representatives from Nirmaan Company, Tambaram, who shared valuable insights on career planning and professional development.

The resource persons emphasized the importance of goal setting, communication skills, confidence building, and continuous learning to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
