Overview
The Placement Cell plays a vital role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional careers. It acts as a platform to connect students with industries, organizations, and recruiters by organizing placement drives, internship opportunities, career guidance programs, and skill development activities. The Placement Cell focuses on enhancing students’ employability skills through training sessions in aptitude, communication, technical skills, personality development, resume writing, and interview preparation. It also builds strong relationships with companies and industry experts to create better career opportunities for students. The ultimate aim of the Placement Cell is to support students in achieving successful careers and becoming competent professionals in their respective fields.
The Placement Cell of our college has been actively working towards ensuring bright career opportunities for the final-year students. Regular placement training sessions were conducted by experts and reputed organizations like Magic Bus India Foundation to equip students with the necessary skills. Placement coordinators played a pivotal role in preparing students for interviews, focusing on enhancing their communication and interpersonal skills.
