Department of Computer Science

About

The Department of Computer Science was established in the year 2019, offering under graduate programs with the annual intake of 45 students. We proudly introduced the M.Sc. Computer Science programme in the academic year 2026–2027 with an approved intake of 30 students. The programme is designed to provide advanced knowledge in computer science, emerging technologies, research methodologies, and industry-oriented skills to meet the growing demands of the IT sector and academia.

To provide quality education to the students through latest technology development in Computer science through learning environment that helps students to enhance problem solving skills, be successful in their professional lives and to prepare students to be lifelong learners by offering a solid theoretical foundation in computing along with applied computing experiences and educating them about their professional and ethical responsibilities.

Endowed with futuristic vision of generating sustained quality manpower for the ever-increasing global demand of software firms, the departments are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to provide excellent and live training for the budding Computer Professionals. There is a blend of theoretical and practical exposure to the students through seminar and workshops and through guest lecturers.

Vision
